A 21-year-old Farina man has pleaded guilty in Marion County Court to a charge of non-consensual dissemination of private sex images.
Diego Barradas was sentenced to two years probation and ordered to undergo drug and alcohol evaluation, any recommended treatment, and abstain with random testing. He will also have to pay a $600 probation plea.
The Class Four felony charge against Barradas says he disseminated a photo of a person over 18 received under circumstances a reasonable person would understand should remain private and would not receive consent to disseminate.
