Salem Police have arrested 40-year-old Jacklyn Tate on criminal trespass and theft charges. Tate, who told authorities she is homeless, was taken to the Marion County Jail last week on an outstanding warrant. The added counts were tacked on as a result of new information developed by police.
32-year-old Jessica Lytle of East 2nd in Kinmundy was arrested by Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies on an Effingham County civil warrant with bond set at $5,000.
