South Central improved to 19-8 on the season with their 56-52 win over Webber Township. After losing all of a 10-point lead, the Cougars trailed by 1 with 30 seconds left when senior Ethan Watwood hit a 25-foot bomb to regain the lead and they would hold on. Aidan Dodson scored 21 points and is closely approaching the South Central All Time Single Season Scoring Record set by Derek Storck in the early 90’s. Watwood added 14 and Rahkeem Anderson added 8 along with Anthony Buonaura.
