Police Beat for Friday, February 3rd, 2023

Salem Police arrested a 36-year-old Centralia man for unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon and unlawful use of a weapon after they received a report of an employee at a business having a gun.  Reports indicate Jeremy Phelps of North Marion was not allowed to have a gun due to a past felony conviction.

56-year-old Michael Reynolds of Community Beach Road in Centralia was arrested by Central City Police for domestic battery and aggravated unlawful restraint.

54-year-old Cedric Bradley of South Poplar in Centralia was transported from the Clinton County Jail to Marion County on a felony failure to appear warrant.  Bond is set at $30,000.

46-year-old Aaron Durr who told authorities he was homeless was taken to the Marion County Jail for criminal trespass to property.  He later was released on a notice to appear in court.

22-year-old Clayton Wilson of Seaver Road in Iuka was arrested on a Clay County misdemeanor warrant and was transferred to the Clay County Jail.
