The Franklin Park Bobcats honored their 8th grade boys basketball team along with the cheer and dance teams last night. Following that, Salem dominated becoming the first Bobcats varsity basketball team to get to 20 wins in several years.
Salem beat Breese District 12 61-25. Trey Clark led Salem with 20, Marquis Ettress added 13, Jaret Gibson finished with 8 and Payton Gullion 6.
The Bobcats are 20-6 on the season and will open up Class L Regional play at Wesclin a week from tomorrow as the 2 seed against 3-seed Centralia.
