A 30-year-old Centralia man has been charged in Marion County Court with unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon.
Nathan Hale of North Hickory faces a mandatory three to 14-year prison term if convicted of the charge. He’s accused of having a bludgeon with an expandable baton when arrested on the charge by Centralia Police on January 12th.
The bond was set at $7,500. A public defender was appointed to represent him. A preliminary hearing was set for February 7th.
