The KC Blue Angels knocked off Lincoln Trail on the road 71-51 to improve to 7-5 overall and 2-1 in the Region. The Angels put 4 in double figures led by Taylor Austin with 19, Staisha Hamilton 16, Courtney Lumpkins 11 and Tianna Rhodes 10.
The KC Blue Devils fell to 9-4 and 1-3 in the Region with their loss at Lincoln Trail 56-50. Jylen Petty had 17 to lead the Devils and Jhei-R Jones added 12.
KC will host Rend Lake Saturday with the women’s tip at 1 followed by the men at 3pm.
