At the OBC Tournament last night, top-seed Raccoon advanced to the championship with a 42-31 win over Willow Grove. Michael Organ led Raccoon with 25, Caden Lamb added 6. The Devils are 14-2 and will play Central City Thursday night in the title game.
A short handed Selmaville squeaked out a 2-point victory over Kell 43-41 to advance to the consolation finals. Selmaville had the flu bug go through and played without Wyatt McCarty and Riley Tate. Brendan Smith picked up the slack going for 20 points. Carter Shanafelt hit 2 big three’s and had 8 points. Walker Crank added 7 points and 8 rebounds. Kell was led by Ryan Jones and Omarion Richardson. The Rockets take on Odin for the consolation title Thursday at 5pm at Wilson Gym in Odin.
