Lady Cats Fall At Breese Central To Open Cahokia
The Salem Lady Cats fell to 4-3 overall and 0-1 in the Cahokia Conference after last night’s 70-34 road loss at Breese Central. Salem is off until Thursday night when they host Columbia to B.E. Gum.
Sandoval Holds Off Wayne City
Sandoval senior Rheagan Rollinson h it a three with 30s left to put her team up by 2 and held off a late Wayne City rally to take a 40-39 MTC win in Cisne. Sandoval improved to 4-1 on the season and 1-0 in Conference play. They will host Christ Our Rock on Tuesday. Amiya Ray finished with 16 points and Rollinson added 10.
SC Nips Bluford
The SC Lady Cougars knocked off Bluford 54-52. Brooklyn Garrett led SC with 17 points, Brooke Cowger added 13 and Kaitlyn Swift 10.
