The Kaskaskian Classic opened up at Carlyle High School on Saturday. Pinckneyville beat Okawville 65-36. Greenville over Woodlawn 40-32, Nokomis beat Flora 47-43 and Hillsboro over Carlyle 55-41. The tournament continues tonight with Nokomis and Pinckneyville at 6 followed by Carlyle and Greenville at 7:30.
The DuQuoin Tip Off Classic starts tonight with Herrin and Cairo followed by Carmi and DuQuoin.
At the Goreville Invitational tonight, Anna takes on Hardin County, Benton against Johnston City and Goreville plays Hamilton County.
At the Trico/Murphysboro Tournament, Coach Andy Fehrenbacher’s Harrisburg Bulldogs open up at 5:30 against Lovejoy and Murphysboro takes on Chester. At Trico, it’s the hosts and Red Bud followed by Steeleville and Carterville.
