The state football playoffs finished up this weekend. In 1a on Friday, Lena Winslow beat Camp Point Central 30-8. In 2a, Decatur St Teresa beat Downs Tri Valley 29-22. In 3a, Elmhurst IC Catholic beat Williamsville 48-17. In 4a Sacred Heart Griffin beat Providence Catholic 44-20.
On Saturday, in 5a it was Nazareth Academy over Peoria 45-44. In 6a, East St Louis dominated Prairie Ridge 57-7. In 7a, Chicago Mt Carmel beat Batavia 44-20. In 8a, Loyola Academy beat Lincoln-Way East 13-3.
