Salem Township Hospital has set Thursday, October 6th, as their next Wellness Program where you can purchase low cost blood test vouchers.
Hospital officials say the vouchers will be available from seven am to five pm on October 6th by driving through under the front canopy of the main entrance to the hospital.
The cost is the same as past years. $40 for the Executive Profile and $25 apiece for the PSA and Hemoglobin A1c test.
The vouchers can be used anytime from October 6th through December 21st, 2023 at the Salem Township Hospital Lab which is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The vouchers are only available for sale on October 6th.
