The KC Blue Angels opened up tournament play at the Mizuno Invitational at Joliet Community College. KC opened with a 4-set win over Lake Michigan College (25-22, 19-25, 25-20, 25-22) and lost in the late game last night to Lansing College in 5-sets falling 16-18 in the final set (25-27, 16-25, 25-11, 25-8, 16-18).
