Salem incoming freshman and Franklin Park Lady Bobcat basketball standout Jordan Kessler competed over the weekend in Richmond, Virginia at the United States Junior Nationals. Kessler joined other standout players competing for the Southern Illinois Hawks coached by former Civic Memorial coaches Jonathan Denney and Julianne Green. They have 4 teams in the 14, 15, 16 and 17 year old divisions with several Clinton County kids including Breese, Carlyle, Okawville and Nashville as well as Freeburg and other metro east communities from Edwardsville up to Jerseyville and Rochester.
