The SC Cougars and North Clay Cardinals will play their 1a regional championship this afternoon at 4pm after having Saturday’s scheduled game postponed due to the rain. The winner advances to Effingham St Anthony on Wednesday to take on Okaw Valley after their 7-0 win over Tuscola on Saturday.
Also in 1a today, St Anthony takes on St Elmo/Brownstown at Altamont, Casey hosts Windsor, Gibault hosts Marissa. In games that were started Saturday and will be finished today at Edwards County Waltonville is on top of Trico 9-7 and at Steeleville the game is 1-1 in the top of the 3rd.
