SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — The Golden State Warriors have control of the NBA’s Western Conference finals.
The Warriors took a 2-0 lead in the series by flipping the script in the second half of their 126-117 win over the Mavericks. Trailing by 14 at halftime, the Warriors outscored the Mavs 25-13 in the third quarter before lighting up Dallas for 43 points in the final period.
Stephen Curry scored 32 points with six 3-pointers and eight rebounds. Kevon Looney had a career-high 21 points and 12 rebounds for Golden State.
Luka Doncic scored 18 of his 42 points in the first period and shot 12 of 23 for the game. But the Warriors were 56% from the field and 14 of 28 from beyond the arc.
