It’s the opening night of the Greenville 8th grade tournament. St Anthony takes on Staunton at 3:30 followed at 4:30 with Franklin Park and Triad. Effingham and Hillsboro will play at 5:30 and then Aviston and Greenville in the final game of the day. If the Bobcats win they will play in semifinal action on Thursday night at 6pm. A loss drops them in the consolation bracket Tuesday at 6pm.
On Saturday, the SC Falcons dropped their conference tournament game to North Clay 58-23. Hudson Moore had 7 and Sebastian Kruger 6 for SC in the loss. The Falcons will return to action tomorrow at St Elmo when they take on Sacred Heart in consolation bracket play.
