CHICAGO (AP) — Joel Embiid had 30 points and 15 rebounds to lead the Philadelphia 76ers to their sixth straight victory, 114-105 over the Chicago Bulls. Furkan Korkmaz matched his career best with seven 3-pointers and added 25 points for the Sixers, who topped Chicago for the second time in four nights. Zach LaVine had 32 points and DeMar DeRozan added 25 for Chicago. Embiid finished the Bulls with the last of his four 3-pointers with 15 seconds left.

— The Miami Heat won the NBA’s best matchup of the night. Tyler Herro (HEE’-roh) scored 29 points and Kyle Lowry had his 19th triple-double in the Heat’s 118-115 victory against the Jazz. Miami led by 19 points with 5 minutes remaining but the victory wasn’t assured until Donovan Mitchell missed a 3-pointer in the closing seconds. Lowry finished with 20 points, 12 rebounds, and 10 assists. Jimmy Butler scored 27 points for the Heat, making two free throws with 10.4 seconds remaining after Utah had cut it to 116-115. Mitchell finished with 37 points.
— The Mavericks pulled out a 107-104 win over the Celtics on a high-arching 3-pointer by Luka Doncic (DAHN’-chihch) at the buzzer. Doncic finished with 33 points and Kristaps Porzingis (KRIHS’-tahps pohr-ZIHN’-gihs) provided 15 of his 21 points in the second half.
— Damian Lillard scored 25 points before sitting out the fourth quarter of the Trail Blazers’ 105-90 pounding of the Lakers. Jusuf Nurkic (YOO’-suhf NUR’-kihch) added 15 points and 17 rebounds for the Blazers, who led by as many as 34 despite playing the second of a back-to-back.
— Devin Booker scored 38 points, Frank Kaminsky added 16 off the bench and the Suns rallied from 12 down in the fourth quarter to beat the Hawks, 121-117. Trae Young led Atlanta with 31 points and 13 assists.
— Nikola Jokic (nih-KOH’-lah YOH’-kihch) blocked Jae’Sean Tate’s drive to the basket as time ran out. securing the Nuggets’ 95-94 victory over the Rockets. Jokic finished with 28 points and 14 rebounds in the absence of forward Michael Porter Jr, who left the game in the first quarter with lower back tightness.
