A 28-year-old former Salem man has been returned to the Marion County Jail on a no bond warrant. Matthew Hargis, who now resides in Lenexa, Kansas, was arrested in Missouri. The warrant is on a felony criminal damage to property case where Hargis earlier entered a guilty plea and now faces a petition to
revoke his probation.
A 30-year-old Salem man, Stephen Bryant, was given a notice to appear in court for driving on a suspended license.
