The Marion County Sheriff’s Department is investigating three burglaries reported on Wednesday.
The Walnut Hill Barbershop on Main Street in Walnut Hill was entered with a change jar, cigarettes and other small items reported stolen.
A residential burglary is under investigation at a home in the 2700 block of Queens Avenue in Odin. Entry appears to have been gained through a window. TV’s, studio equipment, shoes, clothing and jewelry are reported missing. The occupants told deputies they were in the process of moving.
The sheriff’s department is also investigating a shed burglary in the 3000 block of Old U.S. 51. An extension cord, saw and miscellaneous tools were reported stolen.
