Thomas “Tom” M. Cagle, 82, of Centralia, passed away, Sunday, January 3, 2021 at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia. Tom enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, family and friends.
Per Tom’s wishes, cremation rites will be accorded and a Private Family Service will be held Saturday, January 9, 2021 at 1:00 PM with Pastor Sam Alli officiating. In addition to his wife of 63 years, Mary L. Cagle of Centralia, he is also survived by his four children: Dana Ward and husband Roy of Centralia, Tom Cagle, Jr. and wife Mary of Centralia, Gina Cagle of Harviell, Missouri, and Kelly Capps and husband Darryl of Centralia; six grandchildren: Andrea Siegler and husband Tom of Centralia, Ryan Ward of Centralia, Zac Cagle and wife LeAnna of Centralia, Tucker Cagle of Centralia, Abbi Capps and fiancé Caleb Wehking of Newburgh, Indiana, and Maddi Capps of Centralia; three great-grandchildren: Julie, Allison and Zayden.
He was born April 13, 1938 in Centralia, the son of Edgar Luther Cagle and Ollie (Kirsey) Cagle. He married Mary L. Alli on April 27, 1957 and she survives in Centralia. Tom was preceded in death by his parents and a sister: Gerry Zuvella.
