Monday is Columbus Day which means some government offices and financial institutions will be closed.
Most federal, state, and county offices will be closed. Most schools will also take the day off. Centralia City Hall will also be closed, but it is not a holiday for the City of Salem and their offices will be open. Trash pickup will be on the schedule for both cities this week, including Monday.
There will be no home mail delivery.
