Roy Eugene Fletcher, 68 of Kell, Illinois passed away June 4, 2021 in Mt.Vernon, IL.
Memorial services will be held Saturday June 19, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. at the Harvey’s Point Church in rural Kell. Burial will take place at a later date.
