Narissa R. Bullard, 29, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away May 9, 2021 at her residence.

Narissa is survived by her mother, Lisa Moore and husband, Christopher Wade of Rinard, Illinois; son, As’Siran McKinney and his father, Michael McKinney, both of Mount Vernon; sisters, Nicole Bullard and Natalie Bullard, both of Mount Vernon; special longtime friend, Batrice Brown of Mount Vernon; and nephews and nieces, Zayden Bullard of Rinard, Illinois, Treighton Bullard, Zaleigh Bullard, and Zoey Bullard, all of Mount Vernon.
She was born August 1, 1991 in Centralia, Illinois.
