The Salem Lady Cats had their 2a home regional opener rained out yesterday at Tully. They will host Robinson today with the winner advancing to the title game to play the sub-sectionals top seed Gillespie.
Roxana at Breese Central was rained out yesterday and they will make that up today as well as Staunton and Greenville playing at Vandalia. In games played yesterday, Nashville beat Red Bud at Nashville 7-3. Pinckneyville at home beat DuQuoin 9-2.
The 1a regional semifinal featuring the host Lady Stallions of Christ Our Rock Lutheran High hosting Okawville at 4:30 was moved from yesterday to today due to rain.
