Selmaville Grade School Board told COVID numbers starting to fall

Selmaville Grade School Superintendent Robin Brooks says the number of COVID cases impacting the district are starting to fall.

He told the school board s of Monday night, there were five students out with positive test results and another 24 out as a result of close contacts that occurred outside of the school. The district had three teachers with COVID-19, but only one is still out. Brooks added 20 more students had returned from quarantine on Monday.

In other action, the board named Angie Courtright as Junior Beta Club Sponsor.
