BOSTON (AP) — Robert Williams hit a pair of free throws with 9.7 seconds left and the Boston Celtics scored the final eight points to edge the Chicago Bulls 114-112. Williams, who tied it at 112 with two foul shots with 31 seconds to go, finished with 14 points and 13 rebounds. Boston rallied after trailing 112-106 with 1:57 to play. Jayson Tatum led the Celtics with 23 points and 12 rebounds. Jaylen Brown scored 19 points and Dennis Schroder had 16 points and eight assists for Boston. Nikola Vucevic had 27 points for Chicago and rookie Ayo Dosunmu scored a career-high 21 points and added 10 assists.

— The Brooklyn Nets won a game but lost their top player. Kevin Durant sprained his left knee in the second quarter of the Nets’ 120-105 victory over the Pelicans. He finished with the 12 points and was walking with a limp when he left the arena midway through the fourth quarter. Coach Steve Nash said he will have an MRI exam on Sunday. James Harden had 27 points, 15 assists and eight rebounds for the Nets, Patty Mills added 21 points and Kessler Edwards chipped in 16 to the win.
— Joel Embiid scored 25 of his 32 points in the second half as the 76ers beat the Heat, 109-98. Embiid helped the Sixers outscore Miami 66-48 over the final two periods.
— The Raptors earned a 103-96 victory over the Bucks behind Pascal Siakam, who had 30 points, 10 assists and 10 rebounds for his second career triple-double. OG Anunoby added 24 points and Toronto came back from 15 down to beat the defending champs for the third time this season.
— Darius Garland had 27 points and 18 assists in the Cavaliers’ fourth win in a row, 106-102 versus the Thunder. Evan Mobley added 20 points and Jarrett Allen had 13 with 13 rebounds for Cleveland.
— Kristaps Porzingis scored 12 of his 19 points in the first quarter of his first game in two weeks, sparking the Mavericks to a 108-92 win against the Magic. Luka Doncic scored 23 points in the eighth win in nine games for the Mavericks.
— The Nuggets stormed to a 133-96 laugher over the Lakers as Nikola Jokic had 17 points, 13 assists and 12 rebounds for his eighth triple-double of the season. Rookie Bones Hyland had career highs of 27 points and 10 rebounds, while Jeff Green scored a season-high 26 points in Denver’s second straight blowout victory.
— The Spurs’ five-game skid is over after Derrick White had 19 points in his return from a five-game absence, a 101-94 win against the Clippers. White was 7 for 11 from the field after sitting out in the NBAs health and safety protocols.
— The Knicks earned their third straight win as RJ Barrett scored 26 points Julius Randle added 24 in their 117-108 decision over the Hawks. New York improved to 22-21, the first time it’s been over .500 since Dec. 2.
