A 36-year-old Salem woman has pleaded guilty in Marion County Court to a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
Shannon Foster of North Illinois admitted to possession of less than 15 grams of tramadol in August. She was placed on 24 months probation and ordered to undergo drug evaluation, treatment, and random testing.
After the plea, Foster was taken to the Marion County Jail where she posted $500 bond on an outstanding Clinton County felony warrant and was released.
