Bond was set at $75,000 in Marion County Court on Wednesday for a 33-year-old Salem man charged with failure to register as a violent offender against youth.
Loyd Finley II is accused of not notifying police when establishing a new residence within five days between December of last year and January 9th.
Finley had the public defender appointed to represent him.
The case is a Class Two felony because of a past felony conviction for a registration violation in Marion County Court.
