The Franklin Park Bobcats fell in their Benton Tournament opener to the host Rangers 40-31. Eli Lograsso had 8, Angel Salgado 6 and Avery Gullion 4 in the loss for the Bobcats. Salem returns to regular season action tonight at Effingham. The night starts with the Salem JV trying to get to 11-0 followed by the varsity contest.
Selmaville fell to Odin 48-45. Lincoln Roberts had 29 points in the win for Odin. Carter Lowe had 17 for the Rockets. Odin also won the JV game 25-18. Brady Haines had 9 in the win, Jaxon Ward 5 in the loss.
Raccoon improved to 9-3 with a 65-20 win over Willow Grove. Mike Organ h ad 22 and Marquess Ettress added 20. In the JV game, Raccoon won 38-32 behind 12 from Jaxon Cushman.
