The Franklin Park 6th grade girls were down 8 at half and came back to beat Central City 28-16. 9 Lady Bobcats scored, led by Quinn Wolfe with 7 and Allison Thurman had 4 along with Shea-Lynn McGee. Salem held Central City to just 2 points in the 2nd half, both were free throws. The 6th graders travel to Patoka on Monday for a JV matchup.
Patoka lost to Woodlawn 37-25. Kenzi Wilerson and Cristianne Cullip had 7 each to lead Patoka. Bella Pearce added 5. Patoka will host Odin on Monday.
