The Franklin Park Bobcats are 2-0 after opening up their home schedule with a 64-28 win over visiting South Central. Morgan Mickens had 20 in the win and Eli Baker finished with 12 and Ryegan Warren 10. SC was led by Hudson Moore with 10 and Trevan Sidwell finished with 8.
The JV Bobcats moved to 3-0 with their 40-10 victory. Jarett Gibson led Salem with 11, Landon Maxey 10. Westin Neilson and Sebastian Kruger had 3 each for the Falcons. The Bobcats are right back in action tonight at Aviston. South Central is at Windsor/Stew Stras.
North Wamac/Irvington/Grand Prairie moved into the championship of the Centralia St Mary’s Tournament beating Selmaville in the semifinal 50-15. The Indian Eagles will play tomorrow night at 8pm against either the hosts or Nashville Trinity St John. Amari Joy led North Wamac with 19 and Ethan Samples added 10.
