Christ Our Rock Lutheran High School Girls Cros Country Team finished the regular season with another strong race this evening at The Benton Cross Country Invitational. Without #5 runner Kylie Nalewajka (volleyball match) the Lady Stallions still ran tough and pulled of a 3rd place finish, falling narrowly to 2nd place Carterville by 4 points! I feel that with a full squad this Saturday we can run even better and advance to the IHSA sectional! Top 7 schools make it out of Regional into sectional and the experience of running on the regional course today should help us Saturday as well! It’s time for post season HS Cross Country!
