A 47-year-old Kinmundy man has been arrested by Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies for aggravated domestic battery via strangulation. Charles Weathersby of South Monroe was taken to the Marion County Jail.
20-year-old Timothy Belcher of Benton was arrested by Centralia Police on an outstanding White County warrant for violation of an order of protection.
