The Franklin Park Lady Bobcats open up their softball regionals when they play at Flora against Carmi White County. It will be the 2nd game of the day with Flora and Mt Carmel playing in the opening semifinal.
Also today at Mascoutah, the hosts take on Wesclin and Highland plays Centralia.
In Class M softball at Carlyle, Breese nipped Aviston 7-6 and Carlyle shutout Central City 10-0 to setup today’s championship at 4pm.
In Class S, Willow Grove is the regional site. First round games today will see Selmaville and Sandoval play at the Little League Complex while Patoka takes on Iuka and Raccoon plays Odin.
