Kaskaskia College graduate Janiah Newell will be continuing her basketball and educational career next year at Chicago State University. The guard averaged 13 points per game last season on 41% shooting from behind the three point arc. She also shot over 70% from the free throw line and averaged over 5 rebounds and 4 assists per game.
