Salem Township Hospital will be selling low-cost lab vouchers as part of its wellness program this Thursday, November 5th, from seven am to five pm. The process will be the same as in the past, but driving under the front entrance canopy.
Executive Profiles are $40 and PSA and Hemoglobin A1c are $25 apiece.
There are no expiration dates and the vouchers can be used at the Salem Township Hospital Laboratory which is open from six am to 6:30 pm seven days a week. Patient registration is not necessary for lab vouchers.
Lab results are no longer mailed to your home. Instead, results will be available on MyChart. You may still request the hospital to send a copy of your results to your provider.
