The Odin Mudcats debuted in the Clinton County League on Sunday afternoon in their inaugural season and came away with a 10-4 win over the St. Jacob Jakes behind a dominant pitching performance from Kaid Walker. He worked all 9 innings scattering 8 hits and allowing only 1 earned run while striking out 16 to just 2 walks.
At the plate, Tyler Mitchell and Gage Roberts each drove in a pair. Also with RBI were Benji VonBurg, Seth Nix, Devin Williams and Braxton Maas. Roberts doubled in the game.
