Friday is the final day to enter the 55th Annual Little Egypt Festival Parade in Salem.
Entry forms are available at the WJBD-WSIQ studios at 310 West McMackin Street. Return forms by five Friday evening.
The parade line-up will be set over the weekend, and parade entrants need to attend a mandatory meeting at six Monday night at the Bryan Bennett Library in Salem to get their position in the parade and instructions on lining up.
The parade and festival is on Saturday, October 3rd. The parade will step off at 2 pm from Bryan Memorial Park, down Route 37, and break up near the West Main and Indiana Street intersection.
Other festival activities will begin on Saturday morning in Bryan Memorial Park and the downtown area leading up to the parade.
