The Salem Wildcats golf team honored their lone senior, Landen Maxey, as they fell at home to Mt Vernon 145-155. Maxey was 5th overall shooting a 38. Kai Graham led the Cats shooting 37 and was 4th. Also for Salem, Jaxon Ward shot 39, Scout Puricelli 41, Grant Squibb 46 and Huck Mulvany 49.
The Mt Vernon Rams beat Centralia earlier this week 151-162. The Rams took the top four spots led by junior Maxwell Rinehart who shot a 36 followed by Coleton Crawford 37, Xander Ashby 38 and Luke Heaney 40. Gage Raney rounded out the five with a 43.
