The Salem Lady Wildcats dropped their Marion County Rivalry volleyball match last night at B.E. Gum losing to visiting Centralia in 2 sets. The night began with the Annies JV coming back from losing their opening set to winning the next two for a 3-set victory in front of a very good crowd at B.E. Gum.
South Central picked up a two set win over Cisne 25-19, 25-12 to improve to 5-1 on the season. Bailey Wodtka and Mya Schaal had 8 kills each. Sophie Wodtka had 11 assists with River Yingst adding 10. Maddie Peddicord led the team with 6 digs. The SC JV improved to 2-1 on the year with their two set win and the fresh/soph opened the night with a split. SC will host St Elmo/Brownstown on Thursday.
