The Salem Youth Soccer teams had busy weekends.

The 1^st/2^nd grade white team started their season with a 4-0 win over Germantown.

The 3^rd/4^th grade boys opened with a 4-3 win over Germantown.  Kalan Heinzmann had a hat trick and Atlas Cantrell added a goal.

The 3^rd/4^th girls lost to Germantown 5-2.  Harper Nix had both Salem goals.

The 5^th/6^th girls lost to New Baden 1-0.

The 5^th/6^th boys beat Trenton on the road 6-0.

The 7^th/8^th grade Bobcats opened with an 8-0 win over Carlyle.  Zane Wesselman had a hat trick with goals also from Stevie Nix, Addy Nix and Brooklyn Anderson.
