Selmaville beat down Carlyle 15-2. Jacob Butts, Lucas Howe and Isaac Knapp each had hits. Butts and Knapp drove In 2 runs each. Selmaville is hosting Summersville on Wednesday.
Jace Bopp had 2 hits and drove in 4 runs as Iuka beat Wayne City in the opening game of their double header 12-9 in 9 innings. Bopp homered to left in the first inning, a three run shot. Garrett Hunter earned the win working 5.1 innings with 7 striekouts. Hosea Weems had 2 hits along with Zachariah Jones, Eli Bookhout and Bopp. Weems also drove in 4 runs.
Iuka then lost the second game 7-4. Bopp drove in 2 runs. Jacob Wodtka had a hit and RBI.
South Central scored 9 in the first as they beat Ramsey 13-1. Dusty Owens led the way drivin gin 3 SC runs. Evan Farthing, Gage Pddicord, Levi Vandeveer, Owens, Blake Hoehne, Jaxon Wilkinson, Michael Wodtka and Jack Barry each had SC hits.
