With shattered hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved baby, Walker David Alli, who left us too soon at 19 weeks gestation. Our sweet little one slipped peacefully away into the arms of the angels.
Though he never got to experience the world outside, Walker was deeply known, cherished and loved every single day. For 19 weeks, he only ever knew warmth, the rhythm of Emily’s heartbeat and the sound of our voices. He brought an abundance of hope into our lives and the meaning of his tiny soul will remain an indelible part of our family forever.
Walker David Alli is survived by his heartbroken parents, Larry and Emily (McIntyre) and big brother, Wilder, who’s innocent heart will always hold a place for him. Walker will forever be his special guardian angel. Walker also leaves behind loving maternal grandparents, Kim and David Woodside of Mt. Vernon, paternal grandparents Larry and Dody Alli of Centralia and Christy and Jimmy Wooters of Walnut Hill; maternal great-grandparents, Jim and Donna Stube of Tamaroa; paternal great-grandparents Larry and Vickey Alli of Walnut Hill, Marcia Howe of Centralia and Phillip Howe of South Carolina; uncles, Nathan Woodside, of Mt. Vernon and Levi Alli of Texico and numerous other family members.
Private family arrangements are under the care of Sutherland Garnier Funeral Home in Centralia. In accordance with the family’s wishes, there will be no public visitation or memorial services. We kindly ask for your understanding, love, and prayers as we take this time to grieve and heal as a family.
