With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Darius Hoskins, who left this world far too soon at the age of 28.

Darius is survived by his loving parents, Julie Koppen and Drake Hoskins; his three younger siblings, Donovan Hoskins, Dakari Hoskins, and Amara Carter; and his beloved grandparents, Mattie Hoskins, Star Claxton, Larry McKinney, and Mike Koppen.

Survived by aunts – Andrea Wynn, Anya Hoskins, Takeena Hoskins, and Brandy Mosley with Husband Jerrell Mosley. Uncles – Brandon Hoskins and Wife Jerlyn Grey, Steve Koppen and Wife Bobbi Koppen, Andrew Koppen & Fiancé Lindsay Smith.

Proceeded in death by Grandfather Abby Hoskins, Aunt Pamela Hoskins, Uncle Fargo Hoskins, and his great-grandmother Anita Koppen.

Although Darius was naturally quiet, he had a quick wit and a subtle sense of humor that could brighten any room. His kindness and loyalty left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
The loss of Darius is one that words cannot fully express. Though he lived a quiet life, the memories he leaves behind will never be forgotten.

May those who knew and loved him find comfort in remembering the time they were fortunate enough to share with him.

Forever loved. Forever missed.
