A 57-year-old Edgewood man has been sentenced to one year in prison in Marion County Court for driving while driver's license revoked.
Jeffrey Somerville had two prior convictions for driving on a revoked license.
Somerville will have to complete six months of mandatory supervised release when getting out of prison. He was given credit for 19 days already served in the Marion County Jail.
A charge of aggravated driving under the influence was dropped as part of the plea. Both of the charges stem from a June 14, 2024 incident at Forbes State Park.
