A 54-year-old Junction City man has received a three year prison term for felony domestic battery.
Henry Rowcliff of Monroe Avenue admitted to pinching a family member in the arm without legal justification. The charge was a felony due to a prior conviction in Marion County for domestic battery.
As part of the plea, an aggravated domestic battery and another felony domestic battery charge was dropped.
Rowcliff will have to serve four years mandatory supervised release when getting out of prison. He received credit for 16 days already served in jail.
