Junction City Police arrested 23-year-old Amber Winkler-Chappell of Jackson Avenue in Junction City for violation of an order of protection. Winkler-Chappell was taken to the Marion County Jail to await further court action.
Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 34-year-old Heath Marshall of Carrol Road in Iuka on a no bond Marion County felony failure to appear warrant. He was taken to the Marion County Jail to await a court appearance.
