The City of Centralia issued 14 building permits in May totaling $212,680.
The biggest permit was to locate a mobile home at 535 North Beech. It totaled $162,989.
A resident in the 100 block of Oak Park received permits to install a pool, fence, deck and shed totaling $13,800.
A permit for a porch addition and fence replacement to a home in the 1800 block of Gragg Street was approved with an estimated cost of $3,200.
A patio cover for a home in the 500 block of Briarwood was approved with an estimated cost of $6,500.
Good Vibes was given permits for a new fence and awning with an estimated cost of $10,000.
A greenhouse valued at $6,000 was approved for a home on Ruth Ann Drive.
An $8,000 fence replacement was approve for a residence on East 6th Street. Another fence with a value of $1,000 was approved for a residence in the 1400 block of South Walnut.
There were no demolition permits issued in May.
