A 24-year-old Kell woman escaped serious injury when she swerved to miss a possum on Kell Road just east of Route 37 and overturned in the roadside ditch.
Marion County Sheriff's Department reports indicate Cheyenne Henry of Kell Road was westbound when she swerved, overcorrected and then overturned. She was out of the vehicle on arrival of emergency help from the Kell Fire Department.
An Air Evac helicopter that had been launched towards the scene when it was determined Henry was not injured.
